How OnlyFans creators make money

OnlyFans is said to be a billion-dollar media giant hiding in plain sight. So how do the OnlyFans creators make money on it? See the flow diagram below on how it is done. (Click on it to enlarge):

Please excuse any typos on the diagram.

Step1:

Only add a handful of teaser/taster content and your OnlyFans page link in all of the websites/apps mentioned above. You have to play around with what works for each. You may get posts rejected or you can get banned on some of the platforms so read the rules but just keep persisting on all or use what works best for you.

Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter are currently the best at the moment for OnlyFans. You just want to get your OnlyFans page link all over the Internet. And it costs nothing to do. It’s just time-consuming.

There is also the paid option of placing ads on social media websites, YouTube, Google, etc,

The fact is most of the top earners on OnlyFans make adult-themed content and/or they are famous celebrities/influencers. But even if you make a few hundred or even a few thousand per month (as an industry expert) it’s pretty easy money for just posting pictures and videos.

Step 2:

Send them to your free OnlyFans page. Do not set up a subscription as you want to get as many (quality) fans as possible.

(The only exception to this if you are already famous or very well know on social media, therefore, people may be happy to pay a monthly fee for your content straight away.)

Now on your FREE account add more teaser/taster pictures and videos then add more revealing content at a price. If they like your free stuff they will likely pay for more.

As you get more fans you can send pay-per-view messages to all your fans with even more exclusive content and at a higher price if you like.

Step 3:

If you get hundreds or thousands of fans you can (if you like) then set up a second OnlyFans subscription page where they pay a monthly fee. Here you can have even more exclusive content.

You then put your paid page link into your free page bio.

FREE PAGE:

Having a free Onlyfans page is like owning a shop where people can walk in and pick and choose what they like the look of but your income may not be so steady and predictable as to when having a subscription page.

PAID PAGE:

Having a subscription page is like owning a gym or membership club. You have more pressure to keep producing good content all the time to keep your fans (members) happy. They can also be more demanding because of this.

Extra tips:

You can also ask for paid shout-outs with other OnlyFans creators or you can also do swap shout-outs with a creator you know personally and/or have a similar fan count as you. This is a good way to get more fans.

You can also tag each other with your @ username within the content you post for more exposure. This works for free and paid OnlyFans pages.

Also, like all of your own content on your OnlyFans page. This will make your page more appealing and popular, therefore, people are more likely to join and pay.

Do NOT show your fan count unless you have hundreds or thousands of fans. Even then you still don’t have to show anyone.

DO show how much content you have uploaded as this is like looking into a shop window.

Also add this in your bio or somewhere on your page:

There are also loads of videos on YouTube on how to set up your account, how to post pictures and videos properly, etc, etc. That said, the OnlyFans bible is one of the best guides on YouTube that goes into great detail on all of this and much more.

The MARKETING WITH DOM YouTube channel has some expert advice and tips too.

The OnlyFans.guide is also another helpful resource.

Also, be careful on what you put up on OnlyFans as they have fairly strict rules. Here is an example from a real live account:
