I was looking around on YouTube a while ago trying to find the oldest footage that had been uploaded. To my surprise, a few YouTube channels had some really old Victorian and Edwardian footage that you usually expect to see in a museum. I also found the Titanic when it was new, and the oldest footage ever made of Native Americans.
Most of the footage below was filmed in England, Germany, France, America and Ireland. It is interesting to see that so much has changed in terms of clothing (especially for women), transport and technology in general (you don’t see people looking at their Smart Phones and having headphones in their ears), but not so much in the general daily demeanour and behavior of people. And, of course, we can still see some of buildings today.
