Just a quick post on this article I came across, about a young boy in the UK who almost died after having the Nuss procedure done. With most types of surgery near death is quite rare, but this is also why I always recommend using the least invasive approach first (if possible) with any condition that needs to be corrected. If that doesn’t work then go for the more invasive approach.
